Goring and Ferring Rife

A seawatch off George V Avenue produced four Mute Swans, six Wigeon, four Shelducks, two Common Scoters, 11 Red-throated Divers and 22 Great Crested Grebes. Grey and Ringed Plovers, Oystercatchers and Dunlin flew along the shore. I then teamed up with Gareth J at the Rife; three Canada Geese overhead were a patch tick for both of us and three Mallards were also noteworthy. Also noted was a Reed Bunting, two Little Egrets and a Green Woodpecker of note.
