A walk around Cissbury this morning featured three Lesser Whitethroats, 26 Whitethroats, a Mistle Thrush, a Lesser Black-backed Gull, a Kestrel, three Swallows, two Green and a Great Spotted Woodpecker, three Stonechats, a Meadow Pipit, a Bullfinch and 10 Yellowhammers.
Later in the morning, seawatching from Grand Avenue for an hour produced just two Great Crested Grebes, 11 Sandwich Terns, a Gannet and 10 Black-headed Gulls.
